PVC Edge Banding

PVC edge banding is made from polyvinyl chloride resin as the main raw material (usually referred to as PVC powder), with the addition of an appropriate amount of processing aids, stabilizers, calcium carbonate, color powder, plasticizers, modifiers, etc., through processes such as mixing, granulation, extrusion of the base material, and printing. PVC edge banding can be divided into soft PVC and hard PVC according to the material.PVC edge banding can be divided into plain color PVC edge banding and wood-grain PVC edge banding according to the color.Plain colors refer to colors such as red, yellow, blue, green, etc. in daily life, which can all be called plain colors, meaning a single color. (There is no need for printing on the surface of plain-colored products, and the surface of high-gloss products is coated with a layer of high-gloss UV);PVC wood-grain edge banding has wood-grain patterns printed on its surface, forming an effect similar to veneer textures. The base material of wood-grain color is PVC, and ink patterns are printed on the surface. Therefore, the price of wood-grain edge banding is slightly higher than that of plain-colored ones.

ABS Edge Banding

ABS edge banding is made from ABS resin through scientific formula and composite processing.
